At this time, we do not ship internationally due to varying legal restrictions on self-defense products.

All self-defense keychains are shipped in discreet packaging with no indication of the contents for your privacy and safety.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist when possible.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review and determine eligibility for replacement.
